Relationship Manager


  • Maintain a good and professional working relationship with bank partners
  • Train and coach Insurance Relation Advisor to achieve target
  • Provide sales productivity reports to Bancassurance Manager
  • Maintain a good working relationship with all internal and external customers


  • Male/Female, max. 35 years old
  • Min. S1 degree, any discipline
  • Min. 3 years of working experience as Relation Manager preferable in Insurance industry (Bancassurance)
  • Have a strong analytical and conceptual thinking
  • Target oriented and strong leadership skills
  • Good  performance, strong communication skills and highly self confident
  • Able to work under pressure as a team or individual

Compliance Staff


  • Responsible for developing, implementing and managing a comprehensive compliance
  • Identify Compliance & Legal issues in the company to prevent the company from breaching the prevailing regulations
  • Liaise with Ministry of Finance and other related government institution in connection with company business operations
  • Able to investigate people related to company case


  • Bachelor degree in any major, preferably in Economy or Law
  • Min.  2 years experience in compliance/risk management, preferably in Life Insurance company
  • Detail oriented  and have a strong analytical thinking
  • Computer literate (MS.  Excel & Office is a must )
  • Able to work under pressure as a team or individual

Actuary Supervisor


  • Analyze statistical data, such as mortality, accident, sickness, disability, and retirement rates
  • Construct probability tables to forecast risk and liability for payment of future benefits
  • Price monitoring using historical data and statistical models to build a profitable portfolio and allow for better planning and results

Requirements :

  • Male/Female, max 30 years old
  • Min.  S1 Degree, preferably from mathematics or statistics
  • Min. 3 years of working experience as actuary staff in Life Insurance company
  • Able to handle individual product pricing
  • Able to work under pressure as a team or individual

Product Development Staff


  • Provide periodical report of new and existing product post implementation review
  • Actively participate in the product development process
  • Ensure that all products following compliance criteria from regulatory
  • Organize and maintain documents, including product specification,  training material and brochure
  • Manage multiple deadlines and complete work order


  • Male/Female, max 30 years old
  • Min.  diploma 3 degree, preferably in Actuary
  • Min.  3 years of working experience as Product Development Staff in Life Insurance
  • Excellent in MS. Office
  • Fluent in English, both oral & written
  • Detail oriented  and have a strong analytical thinking
  • Able to work  under pressure as a team or individual

Claim Advisor


  • Review and analyze validity of medical claim from customer or hospital provider
  • Monitoring hospitalized patients and proactively work with treating doctors to ensure that patients received appropriate treatments
  • Decide and provide decision making related claim rejections and action to improve claim performance
  • Asses and review medical claims/surgery billings from provider and ensure benefit payments are correctly made


  • Male/Female, max 35 years old
  • Min. S1 degree in Medical from reputable university
  • Min. 2 years of working experience as claim advisor in Life Insurance company
  • Computer literate (MS. Excel & Office is a must)
  • Excellent in English
  • Detail oriented  and have a strong analytical thinking
  • Able to work under pressure as a team or individual

GA & Procurement

Responsibilities :

  • Coordinating and controlling Genaral Affair activities to ensure all employee company need are fulfilled
  • Managing and monitoring general affair related operational activities consisting of fixed asset and general service, renovation, repair, and maintenance of building / facilities/ areas and mechanical and electrical responsibilities in order to support smoth operation activity of all function in the organization.
  • Monitoring all general service activities such as general cleaning in office and sales office
  • Coordinate general service such as vehicle maintenance, telephone, parking, etc.
  • Schedulling, controlling, monitoring security, receptionist, messenger and OB
  • Create and maintance good relationship with supplier / vendor
  • Review and analyze all supplier / vendor, supply, and prices options
  • Negotiate the bestdeal for pricing
  • Maintance update list of supplier and their qualification, delivery times and potential future development


Requirement :

  • Max. 30 years old
  • Min. Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in General Affair and Procurement
  • Having good communication, strong leadership, having high motivation and commitment to achieve target
  • Computer Literacy, Autocad (Drawing)
